About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead engineering architecture initiatives and drive program reporting across cross-functional teams.

This role requires strong coordination between engineering, product, and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of complex programs while maintaining architectural governance and visibility.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end project and program management for engineering and architecture initiatives.

- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define program scope, timelines, and deliverables.

- Drive architecture review processes, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and best practices.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Prepare and present program status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.

- Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.

- Facilitate cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably within engineering or technology organizations.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and/or systems architecture concepts.

- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs.

- Hands-on experience in facilitating architecture/design review processes.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements :

- Experience working in agile and/or hybrid delivery environments is preferred.

- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications will be an added advantage
