Job Summary :

- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong resource management capabilities to lead large-scale data initiatives.

- This role involves overseeing end to end project delivery while managing and optimizing a large size team resources across Data Engineering, Power BI, and QA functions.

- The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation, delivery excellence, and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and deliver strategic data engineering and BI projects from initiation to successful completion

- Oversee and enhance the performance of a large team that includes Data Engineers, Power BI Developers, and Quality Assurance personnel Plan, allocate, and monitor resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization and productivity

- Drive project governance including timelines, risk management, and milestone tracking

- Conduct regular status reviews, reporting, and stakeholder communication at leadership levels

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery

- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and delivery frameworks

- Adapt to changing business priorities and manage competing demands effectively

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10-15 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Data Engineering or Data Migration projects

- Proven experience in managing large-scale teams and resource planning

- Mandatory experience in the Retail domain

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

- Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Office

- Exposure to Power BI and data analytics environments is an added advantage
