We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager / Program Manager with 15+ years of experience in leading large-scale, enterprise-grade software delivery programs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project and delivery management, driving customer success, mentoring teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple high-visibility programs in fast-paced, complex environments while delivering exceptional business value.

What You'll Do :

- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple large and complex projects/programs, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.

- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans with a strong focus on predictable and timely delivery of value.

- Lead and facilitate project governance including status reviews, steering committee meetings, risk and issue management, and escalation handling.

- Manage customer expectations, build long-term client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

- Lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional Agile teams, including Scrum Masters, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts.

- Drive Agile best practices including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Release Planning.

- Track and report key delivery metrics such as velocity, utilization, margins, quality, and delivery KPIs.

- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and impediments, and drive resolution to maintain delivery momentum.

- Champion process improvement initiatives and continuously enhance delivery efficiency and quality.

- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, Product Management, Pre-Sales, and Support teams for seamless execution.

- Support pre-sales activities, bid management, and solution planning, contributing to business growth and revenue realization.

- Ensure compliance with industry, regulatory, and organizational standards where applicable.

Requirements & Skills :

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

- 15+ years of experience in software delivery, project management, and program management roles.

- 10+ years of hands-on experience managing large, complex software projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and distributed teams.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile frameworks, and traditional project management practices, with the ability to blend them effectively.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior client executives.

- Strong background in delivery management, risk management, quality management, and financial metrics (utilization, margins).

- Experience in regulatory, financial services, or enterprise systems is a strong plus.

- Sufficient technical background to evaluate architectural decisions, delivery risks, and engineering trade-offs.

- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, and Agile reporting dashboards.

- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-evolving environments while maintaining delivery excellence.
