Senior Program Manager - Change & Transformation:

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale global enterprise transformation and migration initiatives, driving business transformation, change management, operating model redesign, and platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end global transformation/program delivery.

- Drive Change Management, OCM, adoption, and business readiness.

- Design and implement Target Operating Models (TOM) and re-engineer business processes.

- Manage PMO governance, risks, dependencies, milestones, and executive reporting.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Technology, Operations, Data Migration, Security, Legal & Compliance.

- Drive stakeholder management and value realization post-implementation.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in Program Management / Enterprise Transformation / Management Consulting.

- Experience with large-scale SaaS / ERP / CRM / enterprise system implementations.

- Strong OCM, BPR, TOM and stakeholder management experience.

- Exposure to Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.

- Big 4 / GCC consulting experience preferred.

- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Prosci/ADKAR or SAFe preferred.
