Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead product delivery and customer success, particularly across the deployment and post-deployment phases of Ripik.AI's products. The role will serve as a key interface between customers and Ripik.AI's technical teams, ensuring smooth implementation, effective cross-functional collaboration, timely resolution of technical challenges, and successful realization of product value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the primary interface between customers and Ripik.AI's Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Hardware teams.

- Drive end-to-end product deployment and post-deployment activities to ensure successful customer outcomes.

- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to identify priorities, manage dependencies, and drive timely execution.

- Serve as the Scrum Master for cross-functional pods comprising Data Science, ML, Hardware, and Software Engineering teams.

- Plan, prioritize, track, and manage pod-level activities to ensure rapid and high-quality execution.

- Drive resolution of technical issues and coordinate practical troubleshooting with engineering and data science teams.

- Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure smooth program execution.

- Work closely with customer stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable technical priorities.

- Facilitate communication across customer, product, engineering, and data science teams.

- Ensure successful transition from implementation to value realization and customer success.

- Identify potential delivery risks and proactively develop mitigation plans.

- Maintain clear documentation of project progress, issues, decisions, and action items.

Required Qualifications :

- B.Tech/B.E. from IITs.

- MBA from IIM A/B/C/L.

- 4 to 8 years of overall experience, with relevant experience in program/project management, consulting, product delivery, or technology implementation.

- 2 to 3 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm.

- Strong experience working with cross-functional technical teams.

- Excellent project/program management and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working as a Scrum Master.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to AI/ML, Data Science, Software Engineering, or Industrial/Manufacturing technology.

- Experience managing customer-facing technology deployments.

- Ability to understand technical challenges and drive resolution across engineering teams.

- Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
