Roles and Responsibilities :

We are seeking an experienced and creative Product / UX Designer to design intuitive, scalable, and user-centric experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in interface and interaction design, especially for data-intensive and AI-supported applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design intuitive and user-centric interfaces for complex, data-intensive applications.

- Translate AI-driven functionality into clear and effective user experiences and interaction patterns.

- Contribute to and maintain enterprise-scale design systems.

- Build and manage scalable Figma component libraries following design best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and stakeholders.

- Create, define, deliver, and support high-quality design solutions.

- Continuously learn and apply new trends in UX, design, and technology.

- Work independently and manage deadlines effectively in fast-paced environments.

Basic Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in interface and interaction design.

- 1 to 2 years of experience designing data-intensive applications.

- Bachelors degree or higher in Product Design, Industrial Design, or Information Design.

- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions.

- Experience contributing to enterprise-scale design systems.

- Proficiency in building scalable Figma component libraries.

- Experience working on AI-supported design projects.

- Strong collaboration skills across teams and roles.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work under deadlines.

- Continuous learning mindset in design, UX, and technology.
