Senior Product Owner

An Abu dhabi based Fintech Unicorn

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of our Cards and Accounts portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving innovation and ensuring that our products meet the evolving needs of our customers and investors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital banking products, a customer-centric mindset, and a proven track record in product ownership within the financial services sector.

Key responsibilities :

- Product Strategy and Vision : Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Cards and Accounts,

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and external providers: Payment networks, Global Wallets, Providers and Vendors.

- Customer Experience : Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring that product designs and functionalities enhance user experience and satisfaction.

- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all products adhere to regulatory standards set by the Central Bank of the UAE and other relevant authorities.

- Performance Monitoring : Establish key performance indicators (OCRs) to monitor product performance and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum of 5 years in product ownership roles within the banking or fintech industry, with a focus on Cards and Accounts.

- Knowledge : Expertise in program implementations, authorization, settlements, 3DS and OOB, tokenization, card lifecycle, personalization, card restrictions, etc.

Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools.
