Senior Product Manager - Generative AI

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with deep experience in Generative AI, specifically in chatbot development and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks. This is a high-impact role focused on building intelligent, scalable AI products that enhance user experiences through advanced conversational capabilities. You will work closely with AI researchers, engineers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to conceptualize, develop, and launch next-generation AI products. A strong technical foundation, coupled with product thinking and execution ability, is essential.

Responsibilities :

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for GenAI-based chatbot platforms and RAG-enabled solutions from ideation to launch.

- Define and maintain the product roadmap, aligned with customer needs, business goals, and AI research capabilities.

- Work closely with AI/ML engineers and data teams to design and implement RAG frameworks for grounded, context-aware responses.

- Translate technical advancements into user-centric features with a clear understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.

- Partner with UX/UI and conversation designers to create intuitive and adaptive chatbot interfaces.

- Drive product discovery and user testing to validate assumptions and iterate quickly.

- Track and report on performance metrics such as latency, response quality, retention, and accuracy.

- Ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance (e. g., data privacy, hallucination prevention) in production-ready AI systems.

Requirements :

- 5-8 years of experience in product management, with 2-3+ years in AI/ML or GenAI-based products.

- Proven experience building or managing AI chatbots using GenAI technologies (OpenAI, Cohere, Claude, etc.).

- Hands-on knowledge of RAG frameworks, vector stores (e. g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), and LLM integration pipelines.

- Strong understanding of NLP, embeddings, prompt tuning, and conversational UX.

- Ability to translate complex technical ideas into actionable product features and strategies.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum product teams.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Technical degree (CS, AI, Engineering) or MBA with a strong tech/product background.

- Familiarity with tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar GenAI frameworks.

- Experience integrating GenAI with enterprise data sources or customer support platforms.
