Description :
We're looking for a Product Manager who's customer-obsessed, insight-driven, and loves turning chaos into clarity. You'll own key parts of the customer journey from discovery to checkout and work closely with tech, growth, ops, and design to build delightful and scalable features.
Responsibilities :
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution across mobile and web platforms.
- Identify and prioritize problems through data, user feedback, and cross-functional inputs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and growth to ship features fast and iterate even faster.
- Optimize key user flows (homepage, product discovery, checkout, delivery tracking) for speed and ease.
- Define KPIs, track performance, and communicate insights with stakeholders.
- Drive experiments (A/B tests, feature rollouts) to improve metrics like conversion rate, repeat rate, and engagement.
- Bridge the gap between tech and business by deeply understanding both sides.
Requirements :
- 5 to 6 years of experience in product management (eCommerce, D2C, or consumer tech is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with metrics, funnels, and hypotheses.
- Experience working with agile teams and sprint cycles.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and love for clean, intuitive design.
- A bias for action, clarity in chaos, and ownership from end to end.
Bonus Points If You Have :
- Experience in fast-paced startups or quick commerce.
- Exposure to fashion, retail, or logistics.
- Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, GA, Figma, Jira, etc.
