Job Title : Senior Product Manager - Conversational AI (Female Candidates Preferred)

Role Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager Conversational AI with a strong technical background who has transitioned into product management. The role will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a Conversational AI platform, driving product innovation, scalability, and adoption across business and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for the Conversational AI platform in alignment with business goals and market trends.

- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle : discovery, requirements, APIs/SDKs, development, launch, and post-launch iterations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

- Build and execute GTM strategies, enable platform adoption, and monitor performance metrics to guide iterations.

- Make strategic product decisions balancing customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.

- Mentor junior product managers and act as a technical and product leader within the team.

Eligibility Criteria :

Experience : 6-11 years in Product Management

Education : B.Tech / Engineering - Mandatory

- Industry Background : Conversational AI, Voice AI, Speech Technology, AI Platforms

- Strong technical foundation with experience in APIs, SDKs, and software platforms.

- Proven track record of transitioning from a tech/engineering role into Product Management.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Age Limit : Up to 35 years
