About the Role :

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Manager AI Platform to lead the development and scaling of DISCOs centralized AI infrastructure.

This role will drive the product strategy and roadmap for AI platform capabilities that power innovative legal technology solutions across the companys product suite.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between advanced AI research and production-ready systems, ensuring scalable, reusable, and cost-effective AI services.

You will work closely with engineering teams in Gurugram and collaborate with global stakeholders, including US-based teams, to deliver high-impact platform capabilities that accelerate product innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Platform Strategy :

- Define and drive the long-term strategy and investment roadmap for the AI platform.

- Enable product teams across the organization to leverage scalable AI capabilities.

- Partner with engineering leaders to define the technical direction, priorities, and architecture of AI infrastructure.

Product Delivery & Execution :

- Work closely with engineering teams in Gurugram to convert technical research into scalable, production-ready services.

- Lead cross-functional execution to ensure high-velocity delivery of platform capabilities.

- Break complex initiatives into achievable milestones and drive rapid iteration.

Infrastructure & Platform Roadmap :

- Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to build reusable, plug-and-play AI services.

- Develop platform components that unblock feature teams and accelerate product development.

- Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Driving Business Outcomes :

- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure wide adoption of AI platform services across products.

- Measure success through improvements in efficiency, performance, and cost-effectiveness of legal technology solutions.

- Provide strategic clarity to global stakeholders on priorities, outcomes, and roadmap progress.

Required Qualifications :

- 8+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong track record of building and scaling internal platforms at enterprise scale.

- Experience managing backend platforms, developer platforms, or AI-powered products.

- Strong ability to translate complex stakeholder requirements into a clear product roadmap and measurable outcomes.

- Demonstrated success in delivering platform capabilities used across multiple business units or product teams.

- Ability to operate in global environments and lead cross-timezone collaboration (CSTIST).

- Technical understanding of modern AI systems, including areas such as RAG architectures, model lifecycle management, and vector databases.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience delivering high-scale AI products for enterprise customers.

- Exposure to legal technology or strong interest in the legal domain.
