Key Requirements :

Must-Have :

- 8 - 12 years of experience in product management, with at least 4+ years in a senior or lead role.

- Proven track record in delivering enterprise software or B2B SaaS products, preferably in surveillance, video analytics, AI, or cloud domains.

- Understanding of video surveillance and management technologies (such as cameras, streaming protocols, deployment architectures, hardware and storage dependencies etc.) and application of AI technologies and principles to business needs.

- Experience in defining and shipping platform-level features (modularity, APIs, integrations).

- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to executive leadership and customers.

Preferred :

- Technical background (B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, ECE, or related fields); MBA is a plus.

- Prior experience working with government tenders, smart cities, or public safety projects.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, Aha!
