Role Overview :

We are looking for a top-tier Senior Product Manager with strong experience in building and scaling high-retention consumer apps. This role demands deep user understanding, high experiment velocity, and strong execution skills.

Responsibilities :

- Own activation, engagement, retention, and conversion

- Run continuous A/B tests and drive insights through data

- Build consumer journeys across onboarding, diagnostics, insights, and practice

- Write clear PRDs and drive execution with design + engineering

- Use Mixpanel/SQL to analyse behaviour and take data-led decisions

- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, AI/ML teams, and subject experts

- Build habit-forming experiences that users love

Requirements :

- 7- 10 years in consumer product management

- Proven record of scaling B2C products (growth + retention)

- Strong analytical mastery (experimentation, cohorts, funnel data)

- Excellent execution skills and clarity of thought

- Bonus : experience in EdTech, AI products, or behavioural design
