Role Overview :

We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to own both the B2B operator platform and mobile driver experience at Driivz. This role spans designing complex enterprise workflows and crafting high-quality, consumer-facing mobile apps (iOS/Android).

You will shape end-to-end experiences across :

- A data-heavy B2B web platform used by operators, fleet managers, and support teams

- White-label mobile apps used by EV drivers globally

- A future responsive web portal for drivers

This is a high-impact, ownership-driven role where your work directly influences products used in 30+ countries.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end design across web and mobile (research, UX, UI, handoff)

- Design for multiple personas (operators, drivers, call center agents, etc.)

- Create data-heavy interfaces: dashboards, tables, filters, workflows

- Lead mobile UX/UI design (iOS & Android) including onboarding, payments, session flows

- Contribute to and evolve a MUI-based design system

- Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and global teams

- Ensure strong design-to-code alignment (Figma production)

- Use AI tools to enhance design workflows and product features

- Influence and help scale design culture in India team

Core Requirements:

- 5+ years of product design experience

- Strong portfolio covering :

1. B2B SaaS / enterprise products

2. Native mobile app design (iOS/Android)

- Expertise in Figma (auto layout, components, variables, prototyping)

- Experience with Material UI (MUI) or similar design systems

- Ability to design :

1. Complex data interfaces (dashboards, workflows)

2. Consumer-grade mobile experiences

- Strong UX thinking + problem framing skills

- Experience working with cross-functional, global teams

- Comfortable in remote, async environments

- Exposure to AI tools in design workflow

- Experience working at design-development boundary

Nice to Have :

- White-label / multi-tenant SaaS platforms

- Token Studio / Storybook / design-to-code workflows

- EV, mobility, fleet, fintech, or enterprise platforms

- Designing AI-powered features
