Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Product Designer (AI-First, Full-Stack). As Earnifi expands into AI-powered financial intelligence, and smart nudges, this role will lead the design of intelligent, data-driven user experiences.

The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process - from discovery and user research to wireframes, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual execution.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and AI/ML teams to design intuitive, trustworthy, and scalable financial automation experiences.

This role requires strong systems thinking and the ability to translate complex AI capabilities into seamless, user-centered product experiences across Earnifi's digital platforms.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in UX/Product Design in a product-centric company (fintech experience preferred)

- Strong expertise in User Experience (UX), Interaction Design, and Visual Design

- Experience designing AI-powered, data-driven, or personalization-led product experiences

- Proficiency in Design Thinking processes and frameworks

- Experience conducting user research and usability testing to understand user behaviors and financial decision patterns

- Strong skills in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate complex concepts clearly

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (advanced prototyping required), Sketch, or Adobe XD

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, AI/ML engineers, founders, and product managers

- Understanding of AI/ML concepts such as personalization, feedback loops, explainability, and human-in-the-loop systems is a strong plus

- A portfolio showcasing shipped, user-centered design projects (AI or complex workflow case studies preferred)

- A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity
