Roles and Responsibilities :

As a Senior Product Designer, you will :

- Strategize & Ideate : Lead product design planning and prioritization across a diverse range of fintech products.

- Research & Execute : Drive deep user research and create detailed user journeys. Every design decision you make is backed by user behavior, data models, and best practices.

- Collaborate : Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to deliver delightful, friction-free customer experiences.

- Scale the System : Develop and extend our visual design systems and pattern libraries, creating innovative solutions that define the brand.

- Mentor : Effectively mentor a team of designers, helping them resolve blockers and breaking down complex projects into simple, executable tasks.

- Evangelize : Champion design thinking within and outside the organization to make payments easy and accessible for everyone.

The Ideal Candidate

- Experience : 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing digital products, preferably in high-growth tech or product-first companies.

- End-to-End Ownership : Mastery of the full stackfrom user research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI for web and mobile.

- Data-Driven : Proven ability to use usability testing and behavioral analytics to improve customer experience.

- Tooling : Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Framer, or similar industry-standard tools.

Mandatory Requirements :

- Portfolio : Must showcase detailed case studies covering both UI and UX (B2C or Fin-Tech projects highly preferred).

- Background : Candidates from well-known product companies, Fintech, SaaS, or high-scale consumer internet platforms are preferred.
