About the Role :

We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead the experience design for AI-powered tools and data products. This role focuses on simplifying complex systems like multi-agent workflows, automation, and data intelligence into intuitive, usable interfaces for both internal teams and clients.

You will work closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to design experiences that make advanced capabilities accessible to non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end product design from research to final delivery

- Design intuitive workflows for complex, data-heavy and AI-driven products

- Create experiences for conversational interfaces, dashboards, and automated workflows

- Ensure consistency through scalable design systems

- Conduct user research and validate design decisions

- Design clear and trustworthy AI interactions (system behavior, corrections, handoffs)

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products

- Support adoption through onboarding flows and product storytelling

Requirements :

- 6+ years of design experience, with strong focus on product design for complex or data-heavy platforms

- Hands-on experience designing AI/ML or automation-driven features

- Strong skills in workflow design, data visualization, and enterprise UX

- Experience working with design systems and component-based design

- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- A portfolio showcasing complex product design work (AI experience is a plus)

Good to Have :

- Experience with conversational interfaces, copilots, or agent-based systems

- Exposure to media, advertising, or martech domains
