Role Overview :

As a Senior Product Designer based in Bangalore, you will serve as a pivotal force in shaping the end-to-end user experience of our core product offerings. You will operate at the intersection of design, technology, and business strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, engineers, and data analysts to translate complex user needs into intuitive, high-impact design solutions.

Your day-to-day will involve everything from conducting deep-dive user research and wireframing to delivering high-fidelity prototypes that drive user engagement and business growth. By championing a user-centric philosophy, you will directly influence our product roadmap and ensure that every feature we ship delivers measurable value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design process for complex features, ensuring seamless alignment between user requirements and business objectives to drive product adoption.

- Execute comprehensive UX research initiatives to uncover user pain points, translating these insights into actionable design improvements that enhance overall satisfaction.

- Collaborate with Product Management to define product vision and strategy, ensuring that design decisions are grounded in data and market-driven insights.

- Develop and maintain a robust design system that promotes consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all product touchpoints.

- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design critiques to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the creative team.

- Present design concepts and rationale to key stakeholders, effectively communicating how specific design choices solve user problems and contribute to bottom-line results.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in crafting intuitive user experiences using industry-standard tools such as Figma and Adobe XD to deliver high-fidelity prototypes.

- Proven ability to synthesize complex data from UX research into clear, user-focused design strategies that solve real-world business challenges.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders, including Product Managers and executive leadership.

- A deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, with a track record of working in fast-paced, agile environments to ship high-quality features.

- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, with a portfolio that showcases a clean, modern aesthetic and a rigorous approach to usability.

- Candidates should possess 4 - 9 years of professional experience in product design, ideally within a high-growth tech environment.
