Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end product design across web and mobile applications.

- Translate complex business and user problems into intuitive design solutions.

- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and design workshops.

- Lead design sprints and rapidly prototype concepts for validation.

- Develop and maintain scalable design systems, UI components, and design guidelines.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.

- Analyze user behavior and product metrics to continuously improve user experiences.

- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients.

- Mentor junior designers through design reviews and constructive feedback.

- Champion usability, accessibility, consistency, and design best practices across products.

Required Skills:

- 4+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or Interaction Design.

- Expertise in Figma for interface design, prototyping, and design systems.

- Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and information architecture.

- Experience in interaction design and motion design using Framer, Principle, or Adobe After Effects.

- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and shipped digital products.

- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and design validation.

- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.

- Excellent visual design skills including typography, color theory, spacing, and layout.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments.
