Senior Product Designer

Job Description :

- Work with UI designers to evolve a scalable design system.

- Work closely with Product, Engineering, AI, Business, and Leadership teams.

- Translate business problems into UX solutions.

- Mentor UI designers in UX thinking.

- User Research.

- Produce wireframes, user flows, low - high fidelity prototypes.

- Simplify complex processes into usable experiences.

- Define product UX vision aligned with business goals.

- Design end - to - end user journeys across products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with UI designers to develop and maintain a scalable design system.

- Work closely with Product, Engineering, AI, Business, and Leadership stakeholders to align design solutions with strategic goals.

- Translate complex business problems into clear UX solutions and endtoend user journeys.

- Mentor UI designers on UX best practices and thinking.

- Conduct user research to inform design decisions.

- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes ranging from low to highfidelity.

- Simplify complex processes into usable, intuitive experiences.

- Define and communicate the product UX vision in line with business objectives.
