Senior Product Designer

About the Role :

Join a high-impact product team building experiences for millions of users. This role focuses on crafting intuitive, high-conversion user journeys across web and mobile, while shaping scalable design systems and leveraging AI-driven design workflows.

What Youll Do :

- Design intuitive, high-conversion user journeys across apps & web

- Build & scale design systems (Figma-based) components, tokens, and guidelines

- Leverage AI tools (Figma, ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance design efficiency and innovation

- Use user research, A/B testing & analytics to continuously improve user experience

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering & Data teams to ship high-quality features

- Mentor designers, drive critiques, and champion design thinking

Must Have (Non-Negotiable) :

- 5+ years of experience in Product Design (UX + UI)

- Minimum 2 years in B2C product companies (high-scale products preferred)

- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Design Systems

- Strong expertise in Figma + AI design tools (e.g., ChatGPT)

- Strong portfolio with minimum 2 detailed case studies (B2C products)

- Candidates must be from B2C product companies (B2B profiles only if they have prior B2C exposure)

- Stability : Minimum 2 years tenure in each recent role

- Portfolio link is mandatory (applications without portfolio will not be considered)

Good to Have :

- Exposure to CRO, personalization, or recommendation systems

- Experience working on international user bases / localization

- Background from Tier-1 institutes (IIT, NID, NIFT, BITS, etc.)

Additional Details :

- Role Type : Individual Contributor (IC)

- Compensation : Inclusive of 5% variable pay
