Description :
We are looking for a design-obsessed Senior Product Designer who believes that great design is the solution to every problem - from high-level architecture to the smallest pixel-aligned icon. In this role, you won't just "make things look good"; you will own the end-to-end evolution of products, driving strategy through user research, data models, and the "Rule of 3" (Buxtons Rule). You will be a key player in making complex financial processes feel effortless and accessible to everyone.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Design : Lead product ideation, planning, and prioritization across a diverse range of features.
- User-Centric Research : Drive deep user research and journey mapping, making design decisions backed by behavioral analytics and data.
- Systems Thinking : Strategize and extend visual design systems and pattern libraries to ensure brand consistency and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ship delightful customer experiences.
- Mentorship : Inspire and mentor a team of designers, helping to resolve blockers and raise the bar for design excellence.
- Advocacy : Evangelize the importance of design both within the organization and to the broader tech community.
Technical & Professional Requirements :
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Product Design at a high-growth tech or product-first company.
- End-to-End Expertise : Proven track record in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design for web and mobile.
- Data-Driven Mindset : Ability to translate usability testing and behavioral data into intuitive product improvements.
- Craft & Precision : A deep respect for the grid, pixel-perfect execution, and a mastery of UX/Interaction Design principles.
- Collaborative Spirit : Comfortable working with stakeholders to define requirements and navigate complex project lifecycles.
- Industry Background : Experience in FinTech, B2C, or high-scale Consumer Internet platforms is highly preferred.
Portfolio Requirement :
A strong portfolio showcasing detailed case studies that highlight your process for both UI and UX (problem statement, research, iterations, and final solution).
