Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled, forward-thinking Senior Power Platform Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a central part in modernizing, optimizing, and automating our core business processes for a global user base. You will lead the major migration and refactoring of legacy SharePoint-based applications into modern, high-performance Power Platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Enterprise App Development & Modernization: Design, develop, and deploy scalable Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps with intuitive UI/UX standards and responsive layouts.
- Legacy Migration & Code Refactoring: Lead the end-to-end migration of legacy solutions (SharePoint lists, InfoPath forms, SharePoint Designer workflows) to modern Microsoft Dataverse environments.
- AI & Copilot Integration: Implement and configure Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder to introduce conversational agents and predictive AI capabilities.
- Workflow Automation & Custom Connectors: Build complex multi-stage cloud and desktop flows using Power Automate. Develop custom connectors to integrate Power Apps with external REST APIs, GCP (BigQuery), Azure Functions, and Microsoft Graph API.
- Reporting & Data Analytics: Integrate interactive Power BI dashboards and reports directly into Power Apps screens.
- Custom Code & Scripting: Write Python scripts or custom plugins where low-code boundaries end.
- Quality & Tier-3 Support: Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing to deliver bug-free releases.
Tech Stack :
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Python, GCP BigQuery, Azure Functions, REST APIs.
Requirements :
- 6+ years of total IT experience, with a minimum of 4 years in active Power Platform & Software Development.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Immediate to 15 days notice period.
