About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Automation Developer to join our team. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role where you will work directly with the US team to design, develop, and optimize intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform, AI integrations, workflow automation, and dashboard development to drive business efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.

- Build AI-powered copilots and conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

- Develop and enhance applications using Power Apps (preferred).

- Integrate Microsoft Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and third-party systems.

- Implement AI capabilities using AWS Bedrock or OpenAI GPT for intelligent automation.

- Create interactive Power BI dashboards and automate data pipelines for reporting and analytics.

- Develop custom extensions and integrations using Python or JavaScript where low-code capabilities require enhancement.

- Integrate with external systems using REST APIs, JSON, and workflow automation best practices.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional and US-based teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality automation solutions.

- Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve automation processes and AI-powered workflows.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Mandatory).

- Experience building AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

- Working knowledge of Power Apps (preferred).

- Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint integration.

- Hands-on experience integrating AWS Bedrock or OpenAI GPT.

- Strong experience with Power BI, dashboard development, and data pipeline automation.

- Programming experience in Python or JavaScript for custom integrations and solution extensions.

- Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and workflow automation.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while coordinating with global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience delivering enterprise automation and AI-powered solutions.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform governance, security, and best practices.

- Exposure to cloud-based integrations and enterprise application architecture.
