About the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned Senior PL/SQL Developer to join our growing technology team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Oracle database development, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for building robust, high-performance data solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize complex PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers

- Collaborate with application and data architecture teams to design scalable database solutions

- Perform query tuning, execution plan analysis, and performance optimization

- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines and data transformation logic

- Conduct code reviews and enforce Oracle development best practices

- Troubleshoot and resolve production database issues with minimal downtime

- Prepare technical documentation, including data dictionaries and design specifications

- Mentor junior developers and support knowledge-sharing within the team

Required Qualifications :

- 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience with PL/SQL and Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c)

- Strong proficiency in SQL query optimization and indexing strategies

- Experience with Oracle tools: SQL Developer, TOAD, or equivalent

- Solid understanding of database design principles, normalization, and data modelling

- Familiarity with Oracle RAC, partitioning, and Advanced Queuing (AQ)

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments

- BE or BTech

- Knowledge of Linux, Python or shell scripting for automation tasks

- Experience with cloud-based Oracle environments (OCI / AWS RDS)

- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification
