Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests for large-scale web applications.

- Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations for performance optimization.

- Build and maintain automated performance test frameworks using tools such as JMeter, K6, and Artillery.io.

- Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

- Develop and maintain performance test scripts using JavaScript or TypeScript.

- Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure performance requirements are met across environments.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to QE best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Monitor application performance metrics and support performance tuning activities.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications :

- 5- 8 years of experience in Performance Engineering / Performance Testing.

- Hands-on expertise with JMeter, K6, and Artillery.io.

- Strong experience in performance, load, and scalability testing of enterprise or high-traffic web applications.

- Proven experience integrating performance testing with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

- Strong scripting skills using JavaScript and/or TypeScript.

- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Quality Engineering (QE) processes.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with cloud-based performance testing and monitoring tools.

- Familiarity with APM tools such as New Relic, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.

- Exposure to containerized or microservices-based architectures
