Role Overview:

As a Senior PeopleSoft Technical Consultant, you will serve as a lead architect and technical authority for our clients' complex ERP ecosystems.

You will bridge the gap between intricate business requirements and robust technical solutions, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of PeopleSoft implementations and upgrades.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and client leadership, you will ensure that system architecture remains performant, secure, and highly intuitive. Your work directly impacts the operational efficiency of large-scale organizations by streamlining critical HCM and FSCM processes through advanced technical engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and design complex technical solutions within PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM modules to meet evolving business requirements for global clients.

- Lead full-cycle PeopleSoft implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring seamless migration, data integrity, and minimal operational downtime.

- Develop and customize PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools, ensuring high-quality code standards and optimal system performance.

- Engineer sophisticated integrations between PeopleSoft and third-party enterprise systems to ensure unified data flow and process automation.

- Modernize legacy interfaces by implementing PeopleSoft Fluid UI to enhance user experience and accessibility across mobile and desktop platforms.

- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and performance tuning for complex technical issues, minimizing system latency and enhancing overall stability.

- Mentor junior technical consultants and provide architectural guidance to internal teams to foster a culture of technical excellence.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated mastery in PeopleSoft PeopleTools, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, and BI Publisher.

- Proven ability to manage end-to-end PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM implementations, with a deep understanding of core business processes and data structures.

- Expertise in developing responsive, user-centric interfaces using PeopleSoft Fluid technology to drive user adoption.

- Strong analytical capabilities to translate complex business needs into scalable technical designs and robust system architectures.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and manage client expectations effectively.

- Ability to thrive in a distributed work environment, maintaining high productivity and collaboration across multiple locations in India.

- A minimum of 12 - 15 years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft technical consulting, demonstrating a track record of delivering high-impact enterprise solutions.
