Senior PeopleSoft Technical Consultant FSCM/HCM :

- 8+ years of PeopleSoft Technical experience

- 2+ years of PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) experience or PTF experience across 2+ projects

Strong expertise in :

- People Tools & People Code

- Application Designer & Application Engine

- Component Interfaces

- Integration Broker

- SQR

- BI Publisher

- PS Query & SQL

- Hands-on experience in PTF automation, regression testing, PUM cycles & production support

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and execute end-to-end data migration strategies for PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM modules to ensure high-fidelity data transition from legacy platforms.

- Develop and optimize complex SQL scripts, SQR, and Application Engine programs to facilitate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for diverse client environments.

- Partner with functional consultants and business leads to map data requirements, ensuring that all technical solutions align with organizational compliance and reporting standards.

- Perform rigorous data validation and reconciliation testing to identify and resolve discrepancies, minimizing downtime and ensuring system stability post-migration.

- Provide technical leadership during cutover activities, offering real-time troubleshooting and support to stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to the production environment.
