Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft HRMS Technical Consultant with strong expertise in development, customization, implementation, and support of PeopleSoft HCM applications.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on complex HRMS solutions, integrations, reporting, and technical enhancements across multiple PeopleSoft HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, customize, and support PeopleSoft HCM applications.

- Develop and maintain PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and SQR programs.

- Work on Integration Broker for inbound and outbound integrations.

- Develop REST/SOAP web services and third-party system integrations.

- Create and maintain Fluid UI pages and self-service applications.

- Build reports using PS Query, XML Publisher (BI Publisher), and SQR.

- Perform code migration, unit testing, troubleshooting, and production support.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Participate in implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and support projects.

- Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
