We are seeking a highly experienced Senior PeopleSoft HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with over 10 years of relevant experience in designing, implementing, enhancing, and supporting PeopleSoft HCM applications. In this role, the consultant will act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing deep functional expertise and hands-on technical solutions across multiple HCM modules. This is a critical position for someone looking to drive PeopleSoft HCM transformations and improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

Functional Responsibilities :

- Serve as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HCM modules including Core HR/HRMS, Payroll (North America/Global), Benefits Administration, Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Talent Management (Recruiting, Performance, Learning).

- Lead business requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for PeopleSoft HCM solutions.

- Conduct Fit/Gap analysis to assess system capabilities against business requirements and recommend best-practice solutions.

- Configure PeopleSoft HCM modules to align with business needs and goals.

- Prepare and review Functional Design Documents (FDDs) to ensure accuracy and feasibility.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, and end-user training.

- Provide ongoing post-production support and continuous system improvements.

Technical Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and enhance PeopleSoft HCM solutions using PeopleCode (Advanced & Application Classes), Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Application Designer, SQR, SQL, and BI Publisher.

- Design and support integrations using Integration Broker, REST/SOAP web services, and third-party vendor integrations.

- Perform data conversion, migration, and reconciliation for smooth system upgrades or implementations.

- Apply PeopleSoft PUM images, tax updates, patches, and bundles to keep the system up-to-date.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues to ensure optimal system performance.

- Support and enhance PeopleSoft Fluid UI components to improve user experience.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 10+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft HCM techno-functional experience with a proven track record in large-scale implementations and support engagements.

- Strong understanding of HCM business processes and system architecture.

- Extensive experience working with PeopleTools 9.2.

- Advanced proficiency in SQL and debugging skills.

- Experience in implementation, upgrade, and AMS/support engagements.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
