About the Role :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement scalable enterprise applications using the Pega platform.

- Lead solution design discussions and provide technical leadership across projects.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Drive architecture decisions and ensure best practices across development lifecycles.

- Lead code reviews, troubleshooting, optimization, and performance improvements.

- Mentor junior developers and support project delivery teams.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within timelines.

Key Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Pega Development.

- Strong expertise in Pega architecture, application development, and workflow automation.

- Experience as a Lead System Architect (LSA) is Mandatory.

- Strong understanding of enterprise application design principles and integrations.

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
