Summary :

We are looking for a skilled OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) Consultant to provide production support. The role focuses on incident management, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operation of integrations. Hands-on experience with OIC, Boomi, or other integration platforms , OCI is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide production support for existing OIC integrations (monitoring, incident resolution, performance issues).

- Troubleshoot integration failures, errors, and exceptions across SOAP, REST, File, database connections and other Oracle , non-Oracle applications.

- Collaborate with application owners, developers, and business teams to resolve issues.

- Monitor and optimize integration performance, SLAs, and data accuracy.

- Assist with minor enhancements, patches, and configuration changes as needed.

- Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.

- Support integration deployments, versioning, and rollback processes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Strong understanding of integration patterns, error handling, and monitoring.

- Experience with Technical adapters, SaaS Adapters, file-based integrations, and other adapters.

- Good troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

- Ability to work in a production support environment with SLAs.

- Familiarity with Oracle integration standards Experience with Boomi or other integration platforms is a strong advantage.

- Manage and monitor OCI cloud resources, user access, and IAM policies to ensure secure and efficient operations.

- Perform backup, recovery, and troubleshooting of OCI services, ensuring high availability and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Familiarity with OIC integration lifecycle management, versioning, and deployment processes.

- Experience with Dell Boomi or other cloud integration platforms.

- Oracle certifications in integration or cloud applications.

- Understanding of data migration, load automation, and exception handling frameworks.

- Experience managing and optimizing OCI cloud infrastructure, including security, networking, and resource provisioning
