About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Oracle Subscription Management Consultant with strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP to lead and deliver end-to-end subscription management implementations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in translating business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead implementation and support of Oracle Subscription Management Cloud in production environments

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; perform fit-gap analysis and map them to Oracle Cloud ERP solutions

- Conduct requirement workshops, design sessions, and conference room pilots (CRPs)

- Configure system modules and prepare functional design documents (FDDs)

- Develop and execute test scenarios, UAT support, and user training sessions

- Drive end-to-end delivery ensuring smooth Go-live and post-production support

- Collaborate with business users across multiple units to align processes and technology solutions

- Work closely with onshore and offshore teams for seamless project execution

- Monitor and track project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies

- Provide functional support and guidance to business analysts and project managers

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Subscription Management Cloud

- Deep understanding of Subscription Data Model and lifecycle management

- Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Subscription Cloud implementations as a Lead Functional Consultant

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules and integrations

- Experience with SaaS Extensions including :

1. Groovy scripting

2. Application Composer

3. Oracle algorithms

- Exposure to REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

- Experience in system configuration, testing, and deployment

- Strong documentation skills (BRD, FDD, test cases)

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in Agile/Hybrid project environments

- Exposure to billing, revenue management, or subscription-based business models

- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
