We are looking for a Senior Oracle SCM Procurement Consultant with 10 - 15 years of experience and strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Procurement. The ideal candidate should have extensive implementation experience across procurement modules and the ability to lead solution design, configuration, testing, and stakeholder engagements for end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud Procurement solutions.

- Configure and support Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, and Procurement Contracts.

- Design procurement approval hierarchies, BPM workflows, document styles, and business rules.

- Lead supplier onboarding, qualification, registration, and supplier lifecycle processes.

- Define and optimize end-to-end Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay processes in line with business requirements and Oracle best practices.

- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and perform fit-gap analysis.

- Design and support integrations with Accounts Payable, Inventory, General Ledger, and external supplier systems.

- Lead functional testing, UAT, cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities for the Procurement workstream.

- Provide functional guidance and act as a subject matter expert for procurement processes.

- Work closely with senior business stakeholders to identify process improvements and provide solution recommendations.

- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide production support and enhancements.

- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and other project documentation.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10 - 15 years of experience in Oracle SCM / Oracle Cloud Procurement.

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Procurement implementations in senior/lead roles.

- Strong understanding of the complete Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay lifecycle.

- Hands-on experience with BPM approvals, approval hierarchies, document styles, and procurement configurations.

- Strong experience in supplier onboarding, qualification, and supplier lifecycle management.

- Experience with integrations across AP, Inventory, GL, and external systems.

- Proven experience in fit-gap analysis, testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.

- Ability to independently lead procurement workstreams and provide functional advisory to senior stakeholders.
