Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Platform Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Exadata, Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliance (ZDLRA), and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM). The ideal candidate will possess strong advisory, architecture, operational, and optimization capabilities across Oracle database platforms and engineered systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide strategic consulting and advisory services for Oracle Exadata, ZDLRA, and OEM environments.

- Assess customer environments and recommend best practices for performance, scalability, high availability, backup, recovery, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

- Design and review Oracle platform architectures for mission-critical enterprise workloads.

- Conduct health checks, architecture assessments, capacity planning, and optimization reviews.

- Advise customers on modernization, consolidation, migration, and automation strategies.

- Develop operational standards, runbooks, governance models, and best practice documentation.

- Manage and support Oracle Exadata Database Machine environments.

- Administer and optimize Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) infrastructure including monitoring frameworks, incident management, compliance, and reporting.

- Implement and manage Oracle Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliance (ZDLRA) for enterprise backup and recovery strategies.

- Perform Exadata patching, upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

- Manage RMAN backup/recovery operations integrated with ZDLRA.

- Support Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, Multitenant, and high availability configurations.

- Monitor database and infrastructure performance proactively and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Strong hands-on expertise with Oracle Exadata X10/11 platforms.

- Strong knowledge and hands-on expertise on Exascale architecture.

- Strong expertise in Oracle Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliance (ZDLRA).

- Strong expertise in Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 13c, 14c administration and architecture.

- Extensive Oracle Database administration experience (19c, 21c, 26ai).

- Expertise in Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN, and Multitenant architecture.

- Strong knowledge of Exadata storage, Smart Scan, IORM, CELLSRV, and performance optimization.

- Experience with backup/recovery strategies and disaster recovery implementations.

- Experience performing quarterly patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management.

- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning capabilities.

- Experience with Shell scripting, Python, Ansible, or automation frameworks.

- Knowledge of OEM automation, monitoring templates, and compliance frameworks.

Certifications Preferred :

- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) - Oracle Database

- Oracle Exadata Implementation Specialist

- Oracle Enterprise Manager Certified Specialist

- Oracle Maximum Availability Architecture (MAA) knowledge preferred
