We are looking for an experienced Oracle PCMCS Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in designing and implementing Oracle Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS) solutions. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementations, architect profitability models, integrate Oracle EPM/ERP systems, and provide strategic financial transformation support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Oracle PCMCS implementation, configuration, and optimization.

- Design cost allocation and profitability models across multiple business dimensions.

- Develop metadata, hierarchies, and dimensional mappings.

- Integrate PCMCS with Oracle ERP, Oracle EPM Cloud, and external systems.

- Manage data integration using FDMEE/Data Integration tools.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business solutions.

- Conduct workshops, training, post-go-live support, and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with Oracle PCMCS and Oracle EPM Cloud.

- Expertise in Essbase (ASO/BSO), MDX, rule sets, and custom calculations.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP integration and data management tools.

- Strong knowledge of cost allocation, financial modeling, and profitability analysis.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
