Job Description :

We are looking for a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development and support.

Key Skills & Responsibilities :

- Strong technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Workforce Structures (Jobs & Positions), Journeys, Approval Workflows, and HCM Security (Roles, AOR, and Data Security).

- Experience working with Oracle Redwood UX, including validation of reports, integrations, extracts, and other technical components in Redwood-enabled environments.

- Proficiency in BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, and report optimization, retrofit, and rationalization.

- Hands-on experience developing Fast Formulas, Value Sets, Lookups, HCM Extracts, and HDL/HSDL data loads.

- Experience designing and supporting integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Workforce APIs, and inbound/outbound interfaces.

- Strong understanding of data migration, transformation, validation, and reconciliation activities.

- Experience supporting Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support.

- Ability to collaborate with functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
