Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation Consultant

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation Consultant to join a leading global organization. In this role, you will lead enterprise HCM Cloud implementations, collaborate with global stakeholders, and deliver impactful Compensation and Core HR solutions across the complete hire-to-retire lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Oracle HCM Compensation implementations integrated with Core HR.

- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.

- Provide functional support and resolve complex business issues.

- Act as a trusted advisor for clients and stakeholders.

- Mentor junior consultants and manage project deliverables effectively.

- Drive continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and client engagement initiatives.

- Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams.

- Be flexible for domestic and international travel as per project requirements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 to 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM domain across the hire-to-retire lifecycle.

- Minimum 3 end-to-end HCM implementations, including at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud projects.

- Strong hands-on expertise in :

a. Oracle Cloud Compensation

b. Oracle Core HR

- Strong understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flows.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Proven experience in team mentoring, planning, and project monitoring.

- Ability to manage client-facing engagements and complex deliverables independently.
