Role Overview :

As an Oracle Fusion Sr. Engineer, you will serve as a technical lead responsible for architecting and deploying sophisticated enterprise solutions that drive operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams, business analysts, and key stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical designs. Your work will directly influence the digital landscape of our clients, ensuring that their Oracle ecosystem is not only functional but optimized for high-performance business outcomes and seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions to align with client business objectives and operational requirements.

- Design and develop complex integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud to ensure seamless data flow across heterogeneous enterprise systems.

- Build intuitive, responsive user interfaces leveraging Oracle VBCS to enhance user productivity and system accessibility.

- Modernize existing application interfaces by implementing Oracle Redwood design patterns to provide a consistent and contemporary user experience.

- Lead technical troubleshooting and performance tuning efforts to resolve critical system bottlenecks and ensure high availability for end-users.

- Mentor junior engineering team members by conducting code reviews and establishing best practices for development and deployment cycles.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud modules with a deep understanding of underlying data models and business processes.

- Proven ability to architect complex integration patterns using Oracle Integration Cloud, including the development of REST/SOAP APIs and orchestration flows.

- Proficiency in developing custom web applications using Oracle VBCS and integrating them with Fusion Cloud services.

- Strong command over Oracle Redwood design standards to create modern, user-centric application interfaces.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative workshops.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment across our Bangalore and Hyderabad offices, managing project deliverables with high autonomy.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supported by 9 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle enterprise technologies.
