Role Overview :

The Sr. Oracle EPM Solution Architect is responsible for designing and delivering scalable Oracle EPM solutions aligned with business and financial transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end Oracle EPM solutions (Planning, TRCS, FCCS, ARCS, etc.)

- Lead solution architecture, technical design, and best practices

- Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate into solutions

- Provide technical leadership to implementation teams

- Ensure integration with ERP and other enterprise systems

- Drive innovation, optimization, and performance improvements

- Deep expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud/Hyperion suite

- Strong experience in solution architecture and design

- Proven track record of successful EPM implementations

- Strong financial domain knowledge (FP&A, consolidation, reporting)

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
