Looking for a hands-on Oracle EPM expert to drive financial close & reconciliation transformation in a healthcare insurance environment.

What You'll Do :

- Configure & support ARCS (Account Reconciliation) and FCCS (Financial Consolidation)

- Manage reconciliations for claims, premiums & provider payments

- Build data integrations (FDMEE / EPM Data Integration)

- Support month-end & quarter-end close cycles

- Ensure SOX-compliant, audit-ready processes

- Troubleshoot and resolve close-critical issues

What Were Looking For :

- 4+ years of Oracle EPM (ARCS & FCCS) experience

- Strong hands-on configuration & integration skills

- Experience with ERP integrations

- Understanding of insurance/healthcare finance (claims, revenue, payments)

- Strong problem-solving & stakeholder communication skills

Nice to Have :

- Oracle EPM Certification (ARCS/FCCS)

- Experience in Insurance / Healthcare domain

- Exposure to Task Manager / Close orchestration
