Role Overview :

As a Senior Oracle EBS Professional based in Hyderabad, you will serve as a technical authority responsible for the end-to-end management of complex Oracle E-Business Suite environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams, business analysts, and key stakeholders to translate intricate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Your work will directly influence the operational stability and performance of critical enterprise systems, ensuring that clients can leverage their Oracle investments to drive business growth and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement robust Oracle EBS solutions to address complex business challenges and enhance organizational productivity.

- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Oracle EBS projects, including requirement gathering, technical design, development, and post-deployment support to ensure seamless system integration.

- Optimize existing Oracle EBS modules and workflows to improve system performance, data accuracy, and user experience for internal and external stakeholders.

- Troubleshoot critical system issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime and maintain high service level agreements.

- Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews to uphold high standards of technical quality and best practices across the development lifecycle.

- Collaborate with functional consultants to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Required Skillset :

- Possess 8 - 20 years of extensive experience in Oracle EBS development, customization, and system administration.

- Demonstrate deep technical proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, OAF, and Workflow development within the EBS environment.

- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to diagnose complex system bottlenecks and design efficient, scalable technical workarounds.

- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to manage project expectations and deliver high-quality documentation.

- Adapt seamlessly to the Hyderabad-based office environment, demonstrating the ability to work collaboratively within a high-performance team.

- Hold a relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise implementations.
