Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Oracle CPQ Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain solutions on the Oracle CPQ platform supporting complex product configuration, pricing, and quoting processes.

The candidate will work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and global stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, develop integrations, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve the CPQ platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop solutions on the Oracle CPQ platform.

- Configure and customize product configuration, pricing, and quoting processes.

- Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions.

- Develop CPQ customizations using BML, JavaScript, Java, .NET, or relevant technologies.

- Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with enterprise applications and databases.

- Ensure data consistency across CPQ workflows and integrated systems.

- Work with relational databases and support CPQ data modeling requirements.

- Troubleshoot technical and integration issues and optimize platform performance.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and global stakeholders.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum/Kanban development processes.

- Create technical documentation and support user training.

- Follow development standards, best practices, and organizational guidelines.

Required Skills :

- 5 - 15 years of experience in CPQ platforms such as Oracle CPQ, Salesforce CPQ, SAP CPQ, or similar.

- Strong preference for hands-on Oracle CPQ experience.

- Experience with BML and JavaScript; knowledge of Java/.NET is an advantage.

- Strong API and integration experience.

- Experience with relational databases and data modeling.

- Strong understanding of Product Configuration, Pricing, Quoting, and CPQ workflows.

- Ability to convert complex business requirements into technical solutions.

- Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication skills with the ability to work with global stakeholders.
