- Provide robust functional support for Oracle Cloud SCM, Manufacturing, and Procurement modules.

- Triage, investigate, and resolve complex L2/L3 tickets, system exceptions, and data mismatches.

- Perform root-cause analysis for recurring operational issues and propose permanent functional fixes or workarounds.

2. Month-End & Period-Close Operations:

- Own and facilitate smooth subledger period-close activities for Inventory and Cost Management.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve errors in scheduled processes, automated interfaces, and batch jobs during the shift.

3. Working with Oracle:

- Log, manage, and aggressively drive Oracle Service Requests (SRs) to resolve standard application bugs.

- Analyze the impact of Oracles quarterly patches on existing SCM/MFG/Procurement setups and assist with regression testing.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:

- Act as the primary point of contact for business users during the late shift.

- Lead technical bridge calls and provide clear, concise updates on high-priority (Severity 1 & 2) operational issues.
