Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Apps Technical Developer with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12) and Oracle technical development.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently designing, developing, optimizing, and supporting Oracle EBS technical solutions while working closely with clients, functional consultants, and business users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Independently design, develop, and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) technical solutions.

- Work closely with client stakeholders, functional consultants, and business users to understand business requirements and propose optimal technical solutions.

- Develop and customize Oracle RICEW components:

1. Reports using Oracle Reports / BI Publisher

2. Interfaces (Inbound/Outbound) using PL/SQL, XML, APIs, and Web Services

3. Conversions

4. Extensions

5. Custom Forms and Forms Personalization

6. Oracle Workflows

- Develop, review, and optimize complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.

- Perform SQL and PL/SQL performance tuning by:

1. Identifying performance bottlenecks

2. Optimizing joins, indexes, and execution plans

3. Using EXPLAIN PLAN, TKPROF, and SQL Trace

4. Improving long-running concurrent programs and reports

- Conduct technical impact analysis and recommend solutions for enhancements and change requests.

- Handle data migration, bulk data processing, and data correction activities.

- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

- Support Oracle EBS upgrades, patching, and regression testing.

- Prepare technical design documents, unit test cases, and deployment plans.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and performance best practices.

- Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

Oracle E-Business Suite :

- Strong experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12 preferred)

- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS data model and table relationships
