We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ODI Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our team.

As a Senior ODI Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing data integration solutions using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).

You will be responsible for developing efficient ETL/ELT processes, managing data warehousing activities, and ensuring high-quality data integration across multiple systems.


Key Responsibilities :


- Develop, design, and maintain ETL/ELT processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehousing platforms.


- Design and implement complex ODI mappings, procedures, packages, and scenarios to ensure efficient data processing and integration.


- Create and optimize stored procedures and functions within ODI for data transformation and data integration.


- Collaborate with database administrators (DBAs) to develop and execute table creation scripts for data warehouse tables.


- Design and implement data warehouse tables, including fact tables, dimension tables, and staging tables, based on business requirements and data models.


- Develop detailed technical documentation for all data warehouse design, data mappings, and processes to ensure consistency and transparency across teams.


- Ensure the data modeling and table structures are optimized for performance and scalability.


- Oversee the data integration workflow from staging to target systems, ensuring data is efficiently loaded into the appropriate tables.


- Perform data analysis to identify data quality issues, anomalies, and gaps within data sources.


- Use SQL queries to validate data loaded into staging and target tables.


- Ensure that data relationships and transformations match the business requirements and specifications outlined in the Business Requirements Document (BRD).


- Collaborate with business analysts to validate the data and ensure that it meets business needs.


- Monitor and resolve data quality issues and errors by utilizing data profiling techniques to ensure the integrity and quality of the data.


- Ensure compliance with data governance policies, including data security, privacy, and data quality standards.


- Utilize best practices for data profiling, data quality assessments, and query optimization to maintain high-quality data.


- Maintain proper version control for data integration scripts and document any changes in the ETL process.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data architects, DBAs, business analysts, and product owners, to align on project requirements and deliverables.


- Lead and mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices for ODI development, data integration, and SQL optimization.


- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of data solutions.


- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality, efficient data integration processes.


- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for data integration processes, ensuring that ETL jobs run efficiently and issues are resolved in a timely manner.


- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, data discrepancies, and integration failures.


- Work in shifts (rotational) to support ongoing projects and ensure systems are continuously monitored and maintained.


Requirements :


- 5+ years of experience working as an ODI Developer or in similar roles, with a strong background in ETL/ ELT development using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).


- Solid experience in building stored procedures, functions, and ODI packages for complex data transformations.


- Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts and experience designing fact and dimension tables.


- Experience in data analysis and proficiency in SQL for data validation, data quality assessment, and performance optimization.


- Proficient in data governance, data profiling, and implementing best practices for data integration and quality control


- ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) expertise, including experience with ODI Designer, ODI Studio, and ODI Agent.


- Proficient in SQL (queries, joins, subqueries, stored procedures) and experience working with large databases.


- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data integration workflows in a data warehousing environment.


- Experience with data quality issues, data profiling, and techniques to address data integrity problems.


- Familiarity with data governance tools and practices, including version control, documentation, and auditing
