- Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant

- Location : Pune & Mumbai (only)

- Total Experience : 8+ Years

- Must Have : NetSuite ARM

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant to own end-to-end NetSuite solution design, drive system optimization, and partner closely with business stakeholders. This is a leadership role focused on stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of business systems.

Role Overview :

- Act as the primary functional owner for NetSuite across modules

- Lead end-to-end solution design aligned with business strategy and best practices

- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize business processes

- Drive NetSuite implementations, upgrades, releases, and enhancements

- Oversee testing, UAT, change management, and user adoption

- Collaborate with developers on SuiteScript, integrations, and customizations

- Build Saved Searches, reports, and automation/AI tools to improve efficiency

- Establish governance standards and mentor junior team members

- Act as escalation point for complex production issues

Key Skills & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

- 8+ years of hands-on NetSuite functional experience

- Strong expertise in NetSuite ARM (mandatory)

- Deep knowledge of core NetSuite modules :

1. Financials

2. Order-to-Cash

3. Procure-to-Pay

4. Advanced Inventory / Warehousing

- Proven experience leading NetSuite projects or functional teams

- Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions

- NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation / ERP Consultant) good to have
