Senior .Net Engineer - C#/NoSQL

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior .NET Engineer to join a fast-growing global product engineering team supporting a U.S.-based client. This is not a maintenance or support role you will be building scalable, AI-driven, mission-critical systems from the ground up.

Experience Required :

716 Years (Minimum 5+ years in .NET & Microservices Architecture)

About the Role :

As a Senior .NET Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance backend systems that power large-scale, data-intensive applications.

You will collaborate closely with global product managers, architects, and data science teams to bring innovative solutions into production.

This role requires strong ownership, hands-on coding expertise, and the ability to design systems that are scalable, secure, and resilient.

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using .NET/C#

- Architect distributed systems capable of handling high-volume, real-time data

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable production-grade code

- Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability

- Design secure APIs and integrate with internal and external services

- Ensure robust logging, monitoring, and observability practices

Collaboration & Product Ownership :

- Partner with cross-functional teams across the U.S. and India

- Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making

- Contribute to sprint planning, story estimation, and agile ceremonies

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Innovation & Engineering Excellence :

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements

- Contribute to best practices in system design and coding standards

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers

- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in .NET / C#

- Deep expertise in Microservices Architecture

- Solid understanding of Distributed Systems & Scalable Architectures

- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

- Hands-on cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Strong system design and problem-solving skills

- Experience building high-performance, data-intensive systems

Good to Have :

- Experience with AI/ML-integrated systems

- Exposure to data pipelines or large-scale data processing

- Experience in Healthcare or FinTech domains

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes / Containerized deployments

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global environment

- Strong ownership mindset and leadership capability
