Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with 8+ years of experience in C# and .NET technologies. The role involves designing, developing, and leading high-quality software solutions. You will guide junior developers, take technical ownership, and work closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable and secure applications using C# and .NET / .NET Core

- Take ownership of application architecture and technical design

- Lead development activities and mentor junior developers

- Review code and ensure best coding practices and standards are followed

- Work closely with product, business, and QA teams to understand requirements

- Identify and fix complex technical issues and performance problems

- Ensure applications are highly available, reliable, and maintainable

- Participate in technical discussions, planning, and decision-making

- Manage deployments and support production issues when required

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of strong experience in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core

- Excellent knowledge of ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and REST services

- Strong experience with SQL Server, database design, and performance tuning

- Solid understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and SOLID principles

- Experience with Entity Framework / Dapper

- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end integration

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

- Experience with Git or other version control systems

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and build processes

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms

- Knowledge of microservices architecture

- Experience with Docker and containers

- Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies

- Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, etc.)

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and leadership skills
