We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with strong expertise in Akka.NET to design and build high-performance, scalable, and distributed systems. The ideal candidate will take ownership of technical solutions, mentor team members, and actively contribute to architectural decisions in an Agile environment. This role requires deep hands-on experience with actor-based systems, distributed architectures, and modern backend technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Take ownership of end-to-end development activities and lead technical initiatives.

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable and high-performance software solutions.

- Build and optimize distributed systems using Akka.NET and the Actor Model.

- Mentor junior developers and guide teams on best coding and architectural practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile SCRUM environment.

- Participate actively in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture planning.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring proper documentation using OpenAPI.

- Implement data storage and retrieval solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Integrate and optimize MongoDB for performance and scalability.

- Implement search and analytics solutions using ElasticSearch.

- Ensure application observability and monitoring using OpenTelemetry.

- Work on containerized applications using Docker and support orchestration in production environments.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for reliability and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in software development with .NET and C#.

- Strong expertise in Akka.NET, including actor-based and distributed system design.

- Proven experience in building high-performance, distributed applications.

- Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB integration and optimization.

- Strong understanding of Docker and containerized application deployment.

- Experience developing and documenting REST APIs using OpenAPI.

- Working knowledge of ElasticSearch for search and analytics.

- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability using OpenTelemetry.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

- Exposure to Microservices Architecture.

- Experience setting up or working with CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
